The Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) saw another change in the line-up of players as Lucas Pouille got injured and had to be replaced by Corentin Moutet.
Previously, we have already seen a couple of players withdrawing from the
Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) due to an injury. First, Fabio Fognini underwent surgery of both ankles and so he didn't even travel to France. Then, it was
Felix Auger-Aliassime who had to be replaced by Feliciano Lopez as the young Canadian got injured during the training in Mouratoglou Tennis Academy where the tournament is played.
Now,
Corentin Moutet replaced
Lucas Pouille in the competition. The Frenchman nicknamed 'The French Flair' played two matches at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS). In the first match, he lost to Feliciano Lopez in a sudden-death quarter and his match against Elliot Benchetrit ended with the same result.
As Pouille got injured after the first weekend, he had to be replaced. His fellow countryman, Corentin Moutet will take over his spot. The Frenchman will have a nickname 'The Tornado' and he will play Benoit Paire in his first match.
