Although
Rafael Nadal has been to several countries during his illustrious career, the Spaniard is making his first trip to Washington, DC, where he is competing at the Citi Open Washington for the first time.
The 20-time Grand Slam champion took some time between matches to explore the city, and but committed a social media gaffe when he posted a selfie in which he tagged himself at the White House. However, his fans on Instagram were quick to point out that Nadal was actually at The Capitol, not the White House as he had incorrectly posted.
The 35-year old noticed his mistake and was quick to correct the error, stating that it had been a typo. He even responded to a few fans who told him he'd used the wrong location, insisting that it had indeed been a typo.
