Top seeds are Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori with Musetti seemingly deciding against playing after Sinner's withdrawal. They will face Pablo Carreno Busta and Marcel Granollers.
While other ties to watch include Andy Murray's retirement match against former rival Kei Nishikori with Dan Evans while the latter teams with Taro Daniel. Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul too stand out as they face Felix Auger-Aliassime and Milos Raonic in USA v Canada.
