Semifinal day was today in Kitzbuhel but rain intervened and stopped the 2nd semifinal between Rublev and Berrettini.

Thiem's 7 is slowly wrapping up and while the host managed to win his semifinal match the 2nd one between Rublev and Berrettini never got finished. Today was semifinal day in Kitzbuhel and the 2nd one between Rublev and Berrettini was stopped several times before being finally called off due to rain.
The match was in full swing but mother nature was too strong. Rublev was enjoying a solid after winning the first set 6-4. The 2nd set was just about to get going but it was called off at 2-1 to Rublev. They tried restarting and playing on a few times but playing on a wet clay surface is never a good idea and nobody would want an injury to a player.
The 1st semifinal match between Thiem and Bautista Agut finished earlier today. Thiem won the match and advanced to the final. It's not yet known whether the play will resume today but it's highly unlikely to the 2nd semifinal will be pushed to tomorrow along with the planned final. Hopefully, mother nature will have no issues against that planned schedule.
