Roland Garros 2020 Thursday's Schedule of Play with Djokovic, Kenin in action

Thursday will be another day packed with action at the 2020 Roland Garros as the men's first-seeded Novak Djokovic will return to courts in Paris.

All four days of this year's Roland Garros showed a lot of high-quality matches, even though the precipitation was showing rain everyday. However, that didn't stop players on any of the days, and they hope it will be no different on Thursday as we know the full schedule of play.

The men's first-seeded Novak Djokovic will return to courts in Paris again after his successful appearance against Mikael Ymer in the first round. Denis Shapovalov will also play again, this time against Roberto Carballes Baena who lost only two games in the first-round match.

Grigor Dimitrov will meet Andrej Martin in his second-round match while the Spanish trio Pablo Carreno-Busta, Roberto Bautista Agut and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina will meet difficult 2nd round opponents. While Carreno-Busta will play against Guido Pella, Bautista Agut will take on Attila Balasz. In one of the last matches of the day, Davidovich Fokina will play against dangerous Andrey Rublev.

In women's schedule, there are a lot of interesting matches as well. The day will kick-off with the match between the second-seeded Karolina Pliskova and the 2017 Roland Garros champion, Jelena Ostapenko. Another Czech, Petra Kvitova will take on Jasmine Paolini in the first round. Third Czech player in the draw, Pliskova's sister, Kristyna will play against Garbine Muguruza in the second round.

The 2020 Australian Open champion, Sofia Kenin will play against Ana Bogdan. We'll also see an interesting duel between Aryna Sabalenka and Daria Kasatkina and Elena Rybakina will take on Fiona Ferro who is currently on a 16-match winning streak.
