Andrey Rublev has picked
Rafael Nadal to win the 15th
French Open this year which he attributed to his greatness on the surface overall so far in his career.
It's hard to argue against his logic because Nadal has been utterly impressive on clay so far in his career. He's been particularly deadly in Paris losing less than 5 matches so far in a career that's 18 years strong. Rublev had a chance to play Nadal on clay and beat, so he knows how tough he is to play on the surface. Due to his track record, the Russian can see his idol lifting number 15 later this year:
"I mean I need to say why Nadal? After 18 years of winning everything on clay."
