Semi-Final line-up now set at ATP Finals 2023: Carlos Alcaraz vs Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev vs Jannik Sinner!

The victory of Carlos Alcaraz in two sets (6-4, 6-4) over Daniil Medvedev has defined the semifinals of the ATP Finals 2023, despite the fact that the last match of the Red Group between Alexander Zverev, who has been eliminated after the victory of the Spaniard, and Andrey Rublev has yet to be played.

Alcaraz started off stumbling in the tournament by falling in his debut against Zverev and after he managed to win the first set of that match. On the other side, Jannik Sinner, probably the most in-form player of the tournament and local, will face Daniil Medvedev. The Russian was already qualified after winning his first two matches, and he only needed to know if he was going to play against Djokovic or Sinner. Finally it was the Italian, although getting rid of the world number 1 may not be the best of ideas although it seems the opposite. Jannik Sinner's level is so high that right now he is the favorite to win the tournament.
