Previously, Felix Auger-Aliassime was supposed to be one of the competitors at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown. The young Canadian already practiced in the Mouratoglou Academy. However, he got injured during the training and had to pull out of the competition. Feliciano Lopez came in as a replacement for the Canadian.

The last and the highest-ranked player to join the competition is Dominic Thiem. The Austrian, however, plays the Adria Tour this weekend and so he won't be able to compete from the very beginning of the competition. During the first weekend, Elliot Benchetrit will replace the Austrian as he'll join other competitors week later.
