(VIDEO) Centre Court at Rome Open almost deserted despite Sinner playing as ticket prices start at 90 euros

Despite the top stars being in action in recent days at the Rome Open, a problem has been unearthed being the lack of crowd in attendance.

Even for top Italian star, Jannik Sinner, the Centre Court in Rome was deserted on a day which also saw Iga Swiatek and Ons Jabeur - Paula Badosa in the early going.

As well as even for Novak Djokovic during his tie considering his status as a tennis great and one of the Big Three.

But that has been compounded by the tickets being 90 euros onwards for the tournament meaning it is less accessible.
