But the last player to beat him on Centre Court could give Carlos Alcaraz some solace.

This as he was in the crowd attending today's final. While a-listers such as Brad Pitt are there, so is royalty at the Championships in the form of the Scot.

But will he prove to be a lucky charm to Alcaraz or will Djokovic equal the record for titles?
