Casper Ruud decided against playing any warm-up tournaments ahead of Wimbledon and has seemingly been out enjoying himself instead.
Ruud didn't really have a winter break playing South American exhibitions with Rafael Nadal which he later admitted were a mistake in terms of his season.
He reached the final of Roland Garros and has taken the same approach as Novak Djokovic in not playing before Wimbledon.
But technically he has been on grass albeit leisurely. He has played golf, shooting.
As well as another grass albeit artificial in going seeing The Weeknd in concert in Stockholm. Videos of Ruud singing his heart out were on social media.
This while many of his rivals were slogging away in Halle and Queen's.
