Andy Roddick has slammed a publication for using a headline calling Rafael Nadal's potential ranking collapse if he fails to play Rome and French Open as 'humiliating'.
Written by Tennis365, Roddick responded to the article by calling it 'dumb' and 'stupid' and that Nadal will never have humiliating associated with himself ever.
"What a dumb stupid headline ……. Rafa will never have humiliating associated with his life. Guy does everything right. This is dumb," he wrote.
When asked about similar headlines on Novak Djokovic, he also responded. "Nole is number 1 in the world currently. What similar headline would there be? Is there a potential rankings drop I’m unaware of?"
