Novak Djokovic added his name to the list of players who dropped out of the Madrid Open and it's a pretty long list featuring players like Rafael Nadal among others.
The Madrid Open is a rather popular event from the ATP 1000 category and it's going to take place next week.
Quite a few players will be missing the event though with several prominent names not playing.
Rafael Nadal was the first big name to miss the event as he pulled out due to an injury. Novak Djokovic added his name to the list today after a rather lacklustre showing in Banja Luka.
There are other players missing the event as well such as Matteo Berrettini, Marin Cilic, Nick Kyrgios among others. Check out the full list of players set to miss the Madrid Open as of now.
