Zverev keeps hopes for final at Adria Tour in Zadar alive with win over Cilic

Alexander Zverev defeated Marin Cilic in the last match of the first day of the Adria Tour in Zadar.
The 23-years-old German started a day with a terrible display against Danilo Petrovic. Marin Cilic also lost his first match at the Adria Tour in Zadar when Andrey Rublev defeated him in three sets.
After failing to win his first match in Zadar, Zverev had a better start to the 2nd match. He has won the first set 7-1 in the tie-break and got the lead in the match. However, Cilic showed his best tennis in the second set and leveled the score.
The third set reached tie-break again. And once again it was a dominant performance by Zverev. He has won the tie-break by the same result as in the first set to win the match 4-3(1), 0-4, 4-3(1).
