The World Tennis League will enter another year of its pre-season exhibition tournament between 19-22 December 2024. It is the third edition as four teams battle it out for the crown in Abu Dhabi.

The teams will play each other in a round robin format. Each tie will consist of four sets, this sees one men's singles, one women's singles and two doubles sets which may include men's, women's or mixed. Following the round-robin, they will face off in the final on 22 December.
Despite withdrawals, it will still include Iga Swiatek, Elena Rybakina, Aryna Sabalenka, Paula Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas. As well as Casper Ruud who features in perhaps the strongest and most exciting team.

He plays with Jasmine Paolini, Nick Kyrgios and Simona Halep. Mirra Andreeva, Andrey Rublev both also return from last year. Tsitsipas and Kenin will not albeit the latter two are on different teams and will look to bring glory to Falcons and Hawks.
It will be contested in a round-robin format with each team facing off over the course of the four days. In a new innovation this year, overtime has been introduced. If the trailing team wins the fourth set. Play continues until the leading team wins one more game or if they tie the game total. If the game scores are level, the match will be decided by a Super Shootout contested by the same players.
The winner of the Super Shootout wins one additional game and two bonus points. Andrey Rublev for instance in tie one sent it to overtime and won the Super Shootout so gained three extra points.
A team receives two bonus points for each super shoot-out tie-break won. The top two teams will qualify for the final after each team faces off in the Round Robin format.
