Novak Djokovic will be deported this evening according to reports stemming from Australia with prominent political journalist, Paul Bongiorno of the Saturday Paper reporting the news.
"I am hearing Alex Hawke (the Immigration Minister) will boot out the Joker tomorrow," he said which was reshared by many including Sasa Ozmo who has been key to information on the Djokovic case.
By tomorrow, this means later this evening because as of writing, it is 7AM in Australia.
The potential for Hawke to kick Djokovic out of the country has always been apparent with the World No.1 going on to train as normal ahead of the Australian Open knowing that his visa could be cancelled at any moment.
Any appeal to this would likely mean Djokovic would miss the Australian Open.
