Juan Carlos Ferrero: "I won't call Djokovic a liar, but it's difficult that he was able to play with a tear. I had injuries myself and I find it almost impossible. But you have to trust what he says." (via @dediegoYpunto)
Former World No.1 Juan Carlos Ferrero recently spoke to RTVE and admitted that he finds Novak Djokovic's Australian Open injury hard to believe.
While not calling Djokovic a liar, Ferrero who previously coached Alexander Zverev and currently is coach of Carlos Alcaraz said that he has had similar injuries and finds it impossible to play.
"I won't call Djokovic a liar, but it's difficult that he was able to play with a tear. I had injuries myself and I find it almost impossible. But you have to trust what he says," he said to RTVE as transcribed by Luigi Gatto on Twitter.
