"Missing them": Evert reacts to Federer and Serena Williams picture at Met Gala

Chris Evert shared her impression of the photo of Serena Williams and Roger Federer at the Met Gala.

The Met Gala usually features some of the most well-known figures from different worlds, such as sports, film, and fashion. Two retired tennis legends from 2022 were part of the event: Serena Williams and Roger Federer. Together they have won 43 Grand Slam titles and held the world number 1 ranking for 629 weeks, among other records.

Serena is a regular at the Met Gala and is known as a fashion icon, while Federer was one of the co-hosts of the event. The Swiss player posted a photo with the American on Instagram, which was reposted by Wimbledon's official account:

"Just the 15 Wimbledon singles titles hanging out at the #MetGala"

The picture was commented on by 18-time Grand Slam champion Chris Evert, who said she missed the recently retired former tennis players.
