The
US Open is the fourth and final grand slam of 2023. Starting Monday, August 28, there will be two weeks of competition on the fast hardcourt courts of Flushing Meadows in New York.
On the men's side, there is a new battle of titans: Novak Djokovic against Carlos Alcaraz. At Wimbledon the young Spaniard won after a tough 5-setter and in Cininnati Djokovic pulled out the longest in a decisive tiebreak. Hopefully a harbinger of a great final on Sept. 10.
In the ladies, Iga Swiatek is the top favorite, but the Polish No. 1 has certainly not been unbeatable in recent weeks. In Montreal she was beaten by Jessica Pegula and a week later Coco Gauff was the better one in Cincinnati. Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina should always be taken into account as well.

As a participant to the Fantasy US Open you need to create a team which exists out of 30 tennis players. All tennis players (men and women) are divided into 11 different groups. You can choose per group a restricted total of tennis players of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy US Open.
The tennis players can win points for your team in a few different ways. A tennis player can get points if he wins a match. You can also win points for the different statistics like the total games won, the set difference, the total of aces, 1st service percentage, 1st return points percentage and also minus points for double faults.
Each match within a category, from the first round to the final, counts equally. Please check "Points" for more details.
An example: Carlos Alcaraz plays against Rafael Nadal and wins this match with 6-4, 6-4 and 6-2. Alcaraz will receive 150 points for winning the match and 18 x 5 = 90 points for the games won. Also he gets 3 times 30 points = 90 points for the set difference. 330 points in total. For the rest of the statistics he will score: 15 aces (15 points), 3 double faults (-3 points), 62% 1st service percentage (3 points), 37% first service return points won (4 points), 64% of the total of games won (6 points), 30% break points won percentage (4 points) and a maximum of 6 points in a row won (2 points). Alcaraz will score 31 points for the statistics. His total score for your team will be 330 + 31 points = 361 points.
The game will cost $7,53/€7/£6.19 per team and will start with a guaranteed amount of $1,350/€1,250/£1,070 in prizes. The first prize will be $325/€300/£256 (31 GC prizes).
