The British played will find life on tour much easier following her US Open triumph as her ranking will now allow her to play stronger events regularly. She will also likely be seeded at many of those which will make her happy as well. After her US Open win Raducanu was asked how her future looks to which she responded:
“I have a few days’ rest and recovery (coming up), I think needed after the last seven weeks but then I am straight back to training and hungry to get better and come back out and play some more tournaments.”
Raducanu has a decent chance of booking a spot in the WTA Finals in Guadalajara as the British player is currently ranked 14th in the race. She is trailing the number 8 spot by only 400 points which are within reach for a player who practically can only earn points moving forward.
Before heading out of New York Raducanu visited the New York stock exchange which was a dream of hers. On that she said:
"I am on cloud nine but so excited to be here on New York Stock Exchange. It was one of the places on my bucket list before leaving New York and I’m just so excited and grateful to everyone who made this possible."
