Emma Raducanu’s commercial company has altered its financial reporting schedule, allowing additional time before publishing its latest accounts. According to information reported by Express, Harbour 6 Ltd — the company used by the British tennis player to manage her endorsement income — recently changed the end of its accounting year.
Companies House records show that the previous accounting period was shortened by one day, from May 29 to May 28, following a filing made on February 27. The technical change allows the company to delay the submission of its next financial accounts by up to three months, according to financial expert Kieran Maguire.
The development comes at a time when Raducanu’s commercial portfolio is evolving. The 23-year-old recently signed a new apparel partnership with Japanese clothing brand Uniqlo, ending her previous contract with Nike and becoming the first women’s singles player to secure a deal with the company.
Raducanu’s off-court activity coincides with preparations for her return to competition at Indian Wells, one of the most prestigious WTA 1000 events on the calendar. The Brit arrives in California seeded No. 25 and will begin her campaign in the second round after receiving a first-round bye.

Company filings reveal £13.5 million in assets

Harbour 6 Ltd was established in 2020 and has since served as the central structure for Raducanu’s commercial agreements. The company handles endorsement income from several global partnerships signed after her breakthrough victory at the 2021 US Open.
Companies House filings show that the company currently holds assets worth approximately £13.5 million. Of that total, around £13.4 million is listed as cash, highlighting the scale of Raducanu’s commercial earnings despite her relatively short professional career.
The accounting period adjustment marks the ninth time the reporting timeline has been changed since the company was created. In eight instances the accounting period was shortened, while it was extended once.
According to financial expert Kieran Maguire, the modification provides additional flexibility regarding disclosure deadlines. “The change allows a delay of up to three months in submitting their accounts.”
The most recent full financial accounts from Harbour 6 Ltd were submitted in August of last year. Those documents confirmed the company’s strong financial position, reflecting Raducanu’s continued appeal to global sponsors even as her on-court results fluctuated following injuries and coaching changes.

Sponsorship changes and new coaching partnership

Raducanu’s endorsement portfolio remains among the most valuable in women’s tennis. In addition to the newly announced Uniqlo partnership, her brand partnerships have included companies such as Tiffany & Co., Porsche and British Airways.
The new clothing deal marks a significant shift after Raducanu concluded her apparel agreement with Nike. The partnership with Uniqlo places her among a group of high-profile tennis ambassadors for the Japanese brand and represents one of her largest sponsorship agreements in recent years. The deal has seen her become the first women’s singles player to agree a deal with the clothing brand.
Meanwhile, Raducanu has also made changes to her coaching team ahead of the American hard-court swing. The British player recently reunited with coach Mark Petchey after ending her collaboration with Francisco Roig following the Australian Open earlier this season.
The coaching adjustment comes shortly before her return to competition at Indian Wells. As the No. 25 seed, Raducanu will start directly in the second round and will face the winner of the opening-round match between Germany’s Ella Seidel and a qualifier.
Her recent form suggests signs of progress. Last month Raducanu reached the final of the Transylvania Open, her first WTA Tour-level final since winning the US Open in 2021. She ultimately lost the title match to Sorana Cirstea 6–0, 6–2, but the run represented one of her deepest tournament performances in recent seasons.
Indian Wells now offers another opportunity to build on that momentum, as Raducanu continues balancing a high-profile commercial portfolio with the challenge of re-establishing consistent results on the WTA Tour.
