Entry List 2025 Upper Austria Ladies Linz including Bencic, Svitolina, Sakkari, Vondrousova and Potapova

The 2025 Upper Austria Ladies Linz tournament will take place following the conclusion of the Australian Open, with several WTA stars slated to compete at the event from January 27-February 2, 2025.

A WTA 500 event, the Upper Austria Ladies Linz Open will feature a 32-player singles draw and a 16-team doubles event. The tournament has a list of prestigious champions, including former World No.1's Angelique Kerber and Karolina Pliskova, in addition to 2023 US Open champion Coco Gauff.

Bencic to resume comeback in Linz

Swiss star Belinda Bencic took some time off to give birth to her first child last year, but the Olympic gold medalist has since returned to the circuit and will be hoping to get back to her winning ways in Linz. Joining the top seed is Ukrainian Elina Svitolina, who also experienced the joys of motherhood when she gave birth to her daughter in 2023.

Greece's Maria Sakkari will be looking to right the ship following a subpar 2024 season, and the former top 10 star will be joined by Russian duo Ekaterina Alexandrova and Anastasia Potapova, who won the title in 2023. Former Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova is confirmed for the event, and she could find herself facing rising star Lulu Sun at the event in Linz. Below is the list of entrants.
