The highly anticipated
Roland Garros (French Open) rematch between
Coco Gauff and
Iga Swiatek has been analyzed by many, including Rick Macci, former coach of WTA great Serena Williams.
Gauff and Swiatek met in last year's final, with the Polish star emerging victorious in straight sets. The duo are scheduled to meet in the quarterfinal in this year's edition, and Macci took to social media to share his opinion on the upcoming match.
"During an interview was asked does Coco Gauff has a shot against Iga. If Iga gets nervous and feels pressure Coco has a shot. But Coco needs to control the baseline run the show deal the cards serve big and serve even bigger to get free lunches. EASIER SAID THAN DONE," Macci tweeted.
Gauff has faced Swiatek on six different occasions on the WTA tour, and the American is yet to win a match in their rivalry.
