Muguruza, Alexandrova and Diyas all through to Quarter-Finals at Shenzhen Open

Garbine Muguruza was one of the main players to make it through easing past Shelby Rogers in a straight sets victory which saw the two time Grand Slam champion claim it 6-1, 7-6.

Ekaterina Alexandrova also continued her run with the number five seed coming through after a tough first set to win 7-6, 6-1 against Shuai Peng.

Zarina Diyas came through a close tie with Anna Blinkova also winning 2-1 in sets and Qiang Wang also was the same in seeing off Aliaksandra Sasnovich.
