Serena Williams and Caroline Wozniacki have continued their dream run at the ASB Classic in Auckland as their first time team is doing the trick ahead of the latter's retirement.

Williams and Wozniacki defeated the top seeds, Johanna Larsson and Caroline Dolehide 6-2, 6-1 on Wednesday night; as they establish themselves as the team to beat in the draw.
The latter duo are established doubles players, being ranked 35 and 60 respectively so it is a big scalp; considering they have previously not teamed before.
They will now hope they can go all the way in Auckland and create a near perfect ending for Wozniacki.
"We're just having a great time," Wozniacki said of the match afterwards.
"And even if I miss a couple and I'm mad at myself, Serena is always so positive, she's like 'you're doing great, you're doing amazing' so it makes you feel good out there."
"You have to make sure your partner feels good," added Williams.
