Serena Williams practices on special court built by husband Alexis Ohanian

Serena Williams will make her return to the courts very soon as the North American hard court season begins and she's already practising.

After a bad Wimbledon experience, Williams is keen to change that during the North American hard court swing. She will take part in a few events but she is specifically targetting the US Open where she hopes to do well. In order to do she enlisted the help of her millionaire husband Alexis Ohanian who built a special court for the tennis legend.

A fan posted a screenshot of Serena's recent Instagram story which shows the court. The fan tagged Ohanian and asked whether it was the court he had built during COVID for Williams and he responded affirmatively. He also added that it's the same surface used at the US Open.

Not standard practice for tennis players but hey. Gotta do what you gotta do.
