In the past, a delay to the schedule has been due to weather, other matches but there was a bizarre one during Maria Sakkari and Aryna Sabalenka's Indian Wells semi-final.
The match was delayed for more than 30 minutes when the audio system on Stadium 1 went out. A start time of 3pm saw the tie not start till 3:40 with th scores not being able to be broadcast to fans, issues with the tech meaning Hawkeye was automatically out on serves.
There was issues pre match with the traditional bells to welcome them onto the court unable to be played. Watch the video below.
