It all begins though with Alexander Zverev against John Isner; as World No.6 takes on World No.20 and Team Europe faces Team World.
They both faced off last year with the German winning only just; but his head-to-head record against him stands at 6-1 so he will be expecting to take the points back for Team Europe.
Roger Federer will then meet Nick Kyrgios in what could be claimed as the tie of the day; with the duo meeting for a third year running at the Laver Cup. It is the Swiss legend who will take a 5-1 head-to-head with him into this tie as well as the crowd support in his home country.
Despite that though Kyrgios is known as one of the most watchable players on the circuit; if he can turn it on when it matters, we could have a must watch contest.
Rafael Nadal and Milos Raonic then face off to finalise the singles proceedings for the day. This tie is hard to gauge with both players not at their peak physical condition; but with it being 3-1 to Europe, this win could prove pivotal for either player.
Nadal though may not play at his best having one eye on a doubles match which is scheduled straight after he finishes his match with Raonic. The Spaniard and Stefanos Tsitsipas will take on the tried and tested team of Nick Kyrgios and Jack Sock in a really tough tie for the Europe pairing.
Today is important for both teams with it going up to 2 points for the victories and so by the end of the day, Team Europe could be on the brink or Team World could bring themselves back into contention.
