2022 Miami Open Thursday Schedule of Play with Osaka - Bencic, Medvedev - Hurkacz, Alcaraz - Kecmanovic

The semifinal day at the Miami Open brings us four very interesting matches with some of the best ATP & WTA players in the world.

Play will start at 19:00 CET and it will be Daniil Medvedev against Hubert Hurkacz. The Polish player is the defending champion and he will have a chance to advance to the final with a win against the brilliant Medvedev. Theo played three matches against each other and Medvedev won all three albeit they were pretty close.

The 2nd ATP match will be played much later in the day as Carlos Alcaraz takes on Miomir Kecmanovic. Both of these players have been superb in 2022 so far and they are the future stars of tennis. It will be a great matchup between two in-form players but Alcaraz will clearly be the favourite. On the WTA side, we have two interesting matches as well.

At 21:00 CET we will see Naomi Osaka take on Belinda Bencic where Osaka will try to reach her first final in a very long time. Both are playing good, both are confident in their game and it should be a proper delight. The final match of the day will happen at 03:00 CET when Swiatke faces Pegula. The Polish player is on a 15-match winning streak so it will be interesting to see whether Pegula can do anything about that.
