Novak Djokovic advanced to his 45th career major semi-final at the French Open by seeing off Karen Khachanov but also reached his 55th Quarter-Final by getting to that point.
This also achieved a new milestone for the imperious Serbian who will look for a record breaking 23rd Grand Slam title this week.
It will be tough though with Carlos Alcaraz awaiting him next, but he is now only behind Roger Federer.
He passed Chris Evert in the process who was on 54 as well as Serena Williams. Martina Navratilova was on 53 overall.
When it comes to semi-finals, he is only behind Evert and Federer. Time may run out for him to surpass Evert barring if he makes semi-finals all the way until likely Roland Garros in 2025 if he makes all in a row.
But he can surpass Roger Federer for second at Wimbledon next month who is currently on 46. Breaking records all over for Djokovic who is the level of consistency.
