Kyrgios and Tsitsipas triumph in Melbourne at Kooyong Classic

The line-up during the Day 3 promised the most exciting matches at Kooyong Classic. First, it was a match of two TOP 30 players and then two TOP 10 players showed up. Nick Kyrgios, Grigor Dimitrov, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Matteo Berrettini were all of the names involved in Day 3 in Melbourne.

After taking part in Rally for Relief, Nick Kyrgios played his next match at an exhibition tournament Kooyong Classic. He faced Grigor Dimitrov who wanted to follow up on a good form from the 2020 ATP Cup. It was Dimitrov's second match in Melbourne when he defeated Borna Coric 2 days ago.

However, Kyrgios in his prime and home country is almost unstoppable. This time, he defeated Dimitrov 6-4 and 6-2 in less than an hour to confirm his good form ahead of 2020 Australian Open.

In the second match, world number 6, Stefanos Tsitsipas faced no.8, Matteo Berrettini. It was a match of two players with a good serve taking it to two tie-breaks. In both of them, Tsitsipas was better when he won the match after an hour and 50 minutes 7-6, 7-6.
