Earlier this week, Serbia claimed victory in the ATP Cup as they saw off Spain as the rivalry between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic reignited.
It was Djokovic who defeated Nadal which set up a doubles decider; which of course Serbia won and afterwards, the latter spoke about his decision to not play in the match.
He put it down to fatigue and playing so much tennis; as well that it was a decision that was come to by all members of the team.
"I have been playing a lot of tennis in the last couple of days," said Nadal.
"My level of energy is a little bit lower than usual because I played long yesterday, very long before yesterday, very long in Perth in the last day. It was a joined decision and we believe in our team."
