Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated David Goffin in the 2nd semifinal match of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS).

After Matteo Berrettini defeated Richard Gasquet in the first semifinal match, there was only one more spot left in the final of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS). 'The Greek God', Stefanos Tsitsipas, and 'The Wall', David Goffin fought for this place. Just yesterday, Tsitsipas defeated Goffin 4-0 and so the Belgian needed to improve today.
He almost managed to do that in the first quarter. The score was 10-10 and 'The Wall' was close to winning the quarter. However, it was the time when Tsitsipas used his steal serve card and won the following 4 points to win the first quarter 15-11.
In the second quarter, we saw the first coaching timeout of the match. Thomas Johansson gave Goffin a few tips on how to improve his game. But Tsitsipas used his steal serve card again and was successful again as well. He soon earned 7-3 lead which he didn't lose later in the quarter to win it 13-11.
'The Greek God' led already 8-4 in the third quarter, but Goffin managed to come back and led 12-11. But then, Tsitsipas showed his great skill and won the following two rallies to win the quarter and the match 15-11, 13-11, 13-12. Stefanos Tsitsipas will meet Matteo Berrettini in the final of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) at 22:00 (CET).
