The Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) reached the fifth weekend and we already know the Final Four after the last day of the group stage.
The Final Four of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) was known also before we knew the results of the ninth day of play in France. Stefanos Tsitsipas, Matteo Berrettini, Richard Gasquet, and David Goffin dominated the competition. Berrettini didn't even play during the ninth day as he competed at Thiem's 7 in Kitzbuhel.
As the young Italian couldn't compete on Day 9, he was replaced by even younger Danish talented player, Holger Rune. The youngster played his first and only match at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS) against Corentin Moutet. Despite winning 2 quarters, Rune didn't manage to win as the Frenchman recorded his 3rd victory.
Also Dustin Brown added another victory at the tournament when he defeated Alexei Popyrin. Stefanos Tsitsipas showed David Goffin his dominance ahead of their semifinal meeting. The 'Greek God' defeated the Belgian 4-0 and so he needs to improve a lot in order to be able to fight for the spot in the final.
Richard Gasquet and Feliciano Lopez got also victories that didn't change much in the rankings. The Frenchman defeated Benoit Paire to get his 7th victory at the tournament and finish 2nd in the rankings. On the other hand, Lopez finished as a bubble boy when his 4 victories were not enough to get among the best 4 that will compete in the semifinals.

- I heartily disagree with Stubbs here. I mean c'mon! The whole idea of giving out wildcards is to give new & up-coming players a chance at getting as much circuit match-practice under their belts as possible. And this is a HUGE must and opportunity for these new kids on the block. Why curtail opportunities for these newbies in favour of stalwart monopoly?? That just isn't fair. At least give these lesser known players a chance to become more familiar at playing in bigger tournaments & give them also a chance of getting the crowds behind these underdogs.
