Stefanos Tsitsipas found his way past Karen Khachanov and into the Monte-Carlo Masters semi-finals again where a certain Jannik Sinner awaits after he defeated Holger Rune. A title that Tsitsipas has won twice.

He also has an epic head to head record against Khachanov now sat at 8-1. Sitting down with Tennis Channel, he spoke about how he finds the game of Khachanov as a positive as well as his spirituality journey both on and off the court.

"I don't really know, I feel there are certain match-ups that favour certain players. I really believe in those things, sometimes the chemistry and the vibe you get from your opponent is sometimes nicer in a certain situation or environment. I would call it a match-up I feel like I get behind his rhythm and that has contributed to having such a good Head to Head," said Tsitsipas to Tennis Channel.

Tsitsipas was quizzed about being spiritual and also how he seems so calm sitting at the Tennis Channel desk. He says that he has the belief that when everything is aligned, it works out for him and that he can produce superb displays like he is this week in Monaco.

"Everything around me seems very much aligned in a good energy frequency and is very stimulating. I have no reasons to feel negative emotions towards my every day job so I'm really happy to get out there play some tennis, play in front of an amazing crowd that has supported me for so many years. There's only good things to take out of it. I don't see any negatives and I feel that also translates into my game and you can see that on court."

Next up for Stefanos Tsitsipas is Jannik Sinner in Monte-Carlo.

"I do journal. Not as frequently as I would wish. I do it perhaps 2-3 times a week. Just write a few thoughts and ideas about how I can become better as a person. I consider spirituality as a strong essence of my wellbeing. I try to strive for it, I try to develop and harvest it. That can be on the tennis court. When I'm spiritually on a good tune, everything else seems to work."
