It looked easier to hit than miss but Yannick Hanfmann missed one of the easiest points of the year at the Mallorca Championships by hitting the net.
Facing Pedro Cachin, the ball came to him and he tried to reach over the net without touching it to close out the point.
But instead, he ended up slapping the net anyway and losing the point as it bounced initially on Cachin's side and just needed Hanfmann's racquet to connect.
