Currently into a deciding set against
Jakub Mensik at the 2024
Qatar Open,
Andy Murray was left bemused with his own game as cracks started to show for the former World No.1.
Murray was forced into deuce at game point after missing a makeable passing shot over the net. The former World No.1 finally snapped his losing streak so far this year against Alexandre Muller yesterday, but had to come from a set down to force a decider against Mensik.
But as of time of writing, he is serving 3-1 down as he attempts to stay in the tournament and those hoping that he retires to stop tarnishing his legacy supposedly had Murray's admission himself that he is not at his best.
"This game is not for me anymore," said Murray as heard by the microphones on court as he looked up at his box in disgust at how he was playing.
