Nick Kyrgios was welcomed into life as a commentator, with a blunder during his first match as he tripped over the word success at the ATP Finals.
Kyrgios was on the call for the Alcaraz Medvedev clash and said sex instead of success and his co-commentator then saw the funny side as he tried to recompose him. He also said that it was Kyrgios' first viral moment on the Tennis Channel.
The Aussie ace has been involved this week, with injury seeing his continued frustration of being off the court and with recent injury updates, it seems he is still a while off being ready to return.
This could mean at least in the short term, he could do like American ace, Christopher Eubanks and take to commentary over playing albeit for injury over poor form before his Wimbledon run this year.
"You look at people who have had sex... success against um, Medvedev - Alcaraz, every time he plays against Medvedev, he is moving forward, taking all those volleys, taking time away from. It's crucial," he said on Tennis Channel.
"Welcome to your first Tennis Channel viral moment, Nick. That was good. We'll replay it for you during the commercial," said his co-commentator in response.
