- She looks more dangerous than anyone on that tour. And now that America has committed actions that are worse than Putin's, all that nonsense about Ukraine will be dropped. Otherwise, the Tennis organizations are going to have to hand down punishment to the American players. Something they look like they are trying to avoid. The corruption and racism in tennis is showing their ugly heads.

- If Emma - round2canu is a Uniqlo an ambassador, Uniqlo will be on my blacklist. Speaking as a Chinese based in Singapore/China who shops at Uniqlo from time to time and similar to Emma’s age,I would not want to pay a dime more to a brand that pays 3 + mil + bonus for this joker. Never once shown enough grits after losing a set. Body still not match ready to endure the grinding of the tour after 4 years since her one lucky win. Never stringed 4 consecutive wins in WTA/ITF/Slams in the last 4 years and never once made to finals and never won any new titles ( even 250). One of the most stupid things that the western marketeers seem to have misunderstood is that the fact she has Chinese heritage does not make her more appealing to Chinese audience. Happy to support many other Chinese players with great potential and hardworking. Emma is the most hyped player but she is not that special to Chinese.

- Mirra has been a refreshing intelligent wiseass and many of us love that about her. Others might consider changing their repetitive "amazings" and other worn-out post match cliches.

- Hopefully, she is forced into retirement. Legends retire at the top of their games. They do not require wildcards. She looks like someone who has gone broke and is looking for her next gig to get a paycheck. Like Mike Tyson in his last fight. It is disheartening. If she wants to play tennis, join the Senior citizen tour. Or start making her qualify like everyone else. No one wants to see a slow moving video or kids beating up on a senior citizen.,
- Just the normal loss. Another wasted wildcard. I wonder how longer it is going to take the tennis world to see that Venus is suffering from addiction to attention disorder. She cannot break away from the limelight.
- Sports organizations are trying hard to ignore the growing heat/humidity issues for athletes. WTA especially is avoiding near future extreme heat issues. Scheduled timeouts is a band-aid on what will be an unhealthy result... possibly this is the year damage will occur?
