Among the countries already qualified include Spain, Canada, Great Britain, Russia, France and Serbia with the former being the host nation for the Davis Cup Finals which take place in Madrid between 23 and 29 November 2020.
Top seeds are Croatia who have Marin Cilic as their leading light, they will take on India in Zagreb with the latter having Sumit Nagal and Prajnesh Gunneswaran in their team.
Belgium are without David Goffin but are second seeds away at Hungary. They have Kimmer Coppejans as their main player with Marton Fucsovics the highest ranked for the hosts.
Argentina carry a strong team into their away tie against Colombia with the third seeds having Guido Pella and Juan Ignacio Londero as their main two players. The home side though have doubles specialists Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah who may carry the edge if the singles ties are shared.
USA have one of the strongest teams in the qualifiers taking established singles stars Taylor Fritz and Reilly Opelka, up and coming Tommy Paul and finally the Bryan Brothers - who will play in their final Davis Cup tie against Uzbekistan who's main name of note is Denis Istomin.
Australia will be similarly strong. They will have Nick Kyrgios, Alex de Minaur, John Millman and Jordan Thompson - all established singles names in their home tie against Brazil who take two names in particular who were in form in Santiago, Thiago Monteiro and the winner Thiago Seyboth Wild.
Other ties include Italy against Korea as well as Kazakhstan who will have Alexander Bublik and Mikhail Kukushkin against Netherlands.
