It was a spectacular night for everybody included in Cape Town. Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Bill Gates, and Trevor Noah were the start names of the night. The 6th Match for Africa called Match in Africa gave fans everything they could have asked for and fans also gave something to players. Except for the money for tickets which helped to raise the money for children in Africa, they set a new world record.
Federer and Gates started the night with a victory in doubles over Nadal and Noah. But the main event of the night was still just to come. The Swiss Maestro faced the Spanish King of the Clay once again in the Match for Africa. Federer added another victory but the match was even more special than just a game of tennis.
51,954 people sitting in the Cape Town Stadium set a new world record for attendance at the tennis match. The previous record was also held by Roger Federer but with Alexander Zverev. In Mexico, they played in front of 42 517 people.
