Only Djokovic and Kasatkina from ATP and WTA Tours keep Twitter verification as Nadal and Federer lose blue ticks

With the news of Elon Musk removing all legacy checkmarks from Twitter for people to pay for Twitter Blue, these all went on Thursday and only two players from both the ATP and WTA Tours remain with blue ticks.
Those being Novak Djokovic and Daria Kasatkina as of last night with top names including Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer both losing theirs in particular despite having millions of followers.

Djokovic and Kasatkina only keep theirs due to paying for the Twitter Blue service which is a monthly subscription that can give anyone a blue tick but is visible to anyone whether or not they are paying for it.
It will be interesting to see how long players go without paying for the service though.

- When it comes to screwing-up tests, samples, re-tests and so -- WTA, ITIA and ITF cannot hide the fact they have been covering their collective asses in several cases the past two years. If nothing else, backtracking on their initial decisions and finding a way to explain away reverting to minor penalties is kind of obvious at this point. And keeping top players' "failed" tests secret for weeks/months because they are not 100% positive about those "failed" tests is counterproductive.
