Boris Becker has responded to comments by Andre Agassi about being able to read the German's serve by his tongue movements.
Former world No. 1 players Becker and Agassi faced each other 14 times over their tennis careers, with the American leading the head-to-head 10-4. The most notable of their earlier meetings was in the 1989 Davis Cup semi-final, when Becker won in five sets after losing the first two in tiebreaks. Nevertheless, after their first three matches against one other, all of which which the German won, Agassi took ten out of the eleven remaining ones.
Recently, Agassi appears to have given a reason for how he obtained such a lead over his former rival. In his autobiography 'Open', Agassi claimed that he learned to read a tell-tale sign of Becker's, as he always stuck out his tongue in the direction he was going to serve,
"Just before he tosses the ball, Becker sticks out his tongue and it points like a tiny red arrow to where he’s aiming," he wrote.

Becker thinks claims are a good 'story'

The 55-year-old German recently hosted a Q and A session on Instagram, in which a follower asked him if Agassi's story was true.
In response, Becker didn't exactly give a direct answer, writing
"That's one of the best Hollywood stories I ever heard."
He then went on to praise Agassi's book and the player himself, adding
"I read AA's [Andre Agassi's] book and smiled! Love him."
Becker had a highly successful career that has given him status as somewhat of a tennis legend over the years. He has six Grand Slam titles to his name, and first won Wimbledon in 1985 at just 17, making him the youngest men's singles player to do so until this day. However, he has recently come under much scrutiny due to an eight-month stint in a UK prison for hiding £2.5 million of assets and loans in a bankruptcy fraud case, before being deported from the country.
