The Australian Open will see a myriad of returns including likely Rafael Nadal who after recently heading to Barcelona to hear the results of his surgery will look to now ramp up his preparation.
Nadal had a session with coaches at the Rafa Nadal Academy which he shared on Instagram, but also shared a small insight with a picture of him swimming in Porto Cristo.
"We're all waiting for the King to return to the Australian Open," said one comment with some also writing that he was going to be the winner of Roland Garros.
A point that was echoed by ESPN last week who predicted that the King of Clay in Nadal and the Queen of Clay in Iga Swiatek would reign again. With this likely being the final major that Nadal in particular will win.
Other parties including Juan Monaco also believe that with Nadal, he may get the bug back and decide to keep playing if he starts winning again.
