The WTA Tour will make a stop in Doha, Qatar from February 20-26, 2022 as the city plays host to the Qatar TotalEnergies Open, an annual event that showcases some of the best players in the world.
Featuring veterans and rising stars, the WTA 1000 event will be spearheaded by World No.2
Aryna Sabalenka, who has yet to hit her stride this season. Defending champion Petra Kvitová will be hoping to retain her title, while several Top 10 players will be present, including last year's runner-up
Garbine Muguruza, French Open champion Barbora Krejcikova and the in-form
Anett Kontaveit.
