6 ATP & 6 WTA stars are battling for the glory at bett1 Aces, Berlin exhibition tournament as we'll provide you all of the results.

The bett1 Aces is another spectacular exhibition tournament in the world of tennis. The tournament is played at 2 locations, first Steffi-Graff Stadium on the grass and then Airport Tempelhof on the hardcourt. From 13th - 19th July, some of the brightest ATP & WTA stars are battling at two tournaments as we'll take a closer look at all of the results from the Berlin exhibition.
The final day of the bett1 Aces in Airport Tempelhof began with men's 3rd place match. Roberto Bautista was supposed to be facing 42-years-old Tommy Haas, however, former world no. 2 got injured and so he was replaced by another German, Mischa Zverev. Zverv handled the situation perfectly when he defeated Bautista in straight sets.
Also women fought for third place. Andrea Petkovic faced Elina Svitolina and the German triumphed in front of the home crowd to claim the third place in Airport Tempelhof.
After 3rd place matches, we also saw those final in the Airport Tempelhof. In the men's final, Dominic Thiem faced Jannik Sinner. While the Austrian could lift already his 2nd trophy in Berlin, it could have been the first for Sinner. However, the experience prevailed over the youth and so Thiem triumphed in straight sets to win his 2nd title at the bett1 Aces.
Petra Kvitova lost her first final at the bett1 Aces after winning the first set 6-3 against Elina Svitolina. The Czech didn't want the same to happen also in her match against Anastasija Sevastova, however, the very same story repeated itself. After Kvitova won the first set, she lost the following. Then, she lost 5-10 in the super tie-break once again, and so Sevastova became the champion of 2nd women's tournament at the bett1 Aces.

Saturday, 18th July:
The second day in the hangar brought more interesting results at the bett1 Aces. Dominic Thiem reached the final also at the second tournament, and he will be facing an Italian in the final again. However, this time it won't be Matteo Berrettini, but Jannik Sinner who defeated Roberto Bautista in the second semifinal match.
The women's tournament writes a very similar story. Petra Kvitova will be playing her 2nd final at the bett1 Aces after losing to Elina Svitolina in the first one. However, this time she won't be facing the Ukrainian, but Anastasija Sevastova as the Latvian triumphed easily in two sets.

Friday, 17th July:

The first day of the tournament in the Airport Tempelhof began with the match between Jannik Sinner and newcomer, Karen Khachanov. The young Italian prevailed over his opponent to book the semifinal spot at the bett1 Aces in the second time in a row.
Elina Svitolina faced Petra Kvitova after that. However, the match had nothing to do with the tournament in the Airport Tempelhof. The Ukrainian and Czech met in the postponed final from the Steffi-Graff Stadium. After losing the first set, Svitolina triumphed in three to become the first women's bett1 Aces champion.
Then, we saw another stunning match in Berlin when 42-years-old Tommy Haas faced Jan-Lennard Struff. The former world number 2 defeated his fellow countryman to get his first victory after 3 years.
Then, the women's quarterfinal matches kicked-off. First, Andrea Petkovic defeated Alexandra Vucic while she lost only 5 games. Also, Anastasija Sevastova lost only 5 games against Kiki Bertens to advance to the semifinals.

Wednesday, 15th July:

On the final day, players waited for more than 7 hours to begin their final match. Despite waiting so long Matteo Berrettini and Dominic Thiem showed their great tennis skills and entertained fans in Berlin. The champion could be only one as the match reached the super tie-break where the Austrian prevailed to become the champion of the bett1 Aces.

Tuesday, 14th July:

Similarly to Monday, Roberto Bautista Agut played the first match in the schedule also on Tuesday. The Spaniard faced Matteo Berrettini who had his place in the semifinals secured as the seeded player. After Bautista had better start to the match and won the first set, Berrettini managed to come back and booked his final spot at the bett1 Aces.
Also Elina Svitolina played her first match on the grass court this year. The Ukrainian faced Anastasija Sevastova in the semifinal after the Latvian succeeded against Goerges on the previous day. Svitolina showed why she's the first seeded player at the tournament and triumphed comfortably in two sets.
Dominic Thiem also confirmed his role as the highest-ranked player at the tournament. The Austrian faced Italian youngster, Jannik Sinner, and experience prevailed over youth in this match as Thiem triumphed in two sets.
In the last semifinal match, Petra Kvitova showed why she's considered to be one of the best grass-court players in the world. The 2-time Wimbledon champion faced Kiki Bertens and won the match in straight sets to set up the final against Elina Svitolina.

Monday, 13th July:

Roberto Bautista Agut and Jan-Lennard Struff were the first two players to step on the grass court in Steffi-Graff Stadium. The Spaniard and German battled for the spot in the semifinal where they will meet the second-seeded Matteo Berrettini. The match was a great invitation for the whole tournament as players battle through to the 3rd set. In the end, Bautista prevailed to win the match and book the semifinal spot at bett1 Aces.
In the first women's match, Anastasija Sevastova took on Julia Goerges. After Sevastova won the first set 6-3, her German opponent wanted to come back in the second set. However, she injured her ankle in the 7th game of the second set and subsequently pulled out of the match after a medical timeout.
We saw the battle of generations in the second men's quarterfinal match. Former world no. 2, Tommy Haas took on Jannik Sinner in a spectacular classic grass-court match. The experienced German showed the beauty of serve & volley and also managed to win a set. However, his younger opponent prevailed in the super tie-break and advanced to the semifinals.
Petra Kvitova completed a terrible day for German fans in Berlin. After all three German players lost on the first day of the tournament, Andrea Petkovic was the last hope for the crowd in Berlin. However, she didn't manage to win her match and the Czech prevailed in two sets.
