Gauff and Pegula set for clash of first round in doubles against rising Fruhvirtova sisters at Miami Open

Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula have become a formidable doubles pairing bringing their superb singles form into the other realm of tennis but face the tie of the first round as second seed at the Miami Open on Thursday.

From the present of both singles tennis in America and doubles tennis in many ways to the future of tennis potentially especially in the Czech Republic in a country currently dominated by Barbora Krejcikova, Katerina Siniakova.

Linda and Brenda Fruhvirtova (17 and 15 respectively) have both began making strides and garnered some hype but will now have the intrigue of facing Gauff and Pegula with the former in particular knowing exactly what it is like to receive and deal with hype as a teenage prodigy.
