The debate has roared on as of late regarding vaccination status with the Australian Open's need for players to be fully jabbed on both the ATP and WTA side.
Simona Halep is the latest big name player to weigh in on the debate revealing that she has been vaccinated.
As well as that seeing the current state of the virus in Romania has seen her agree with Australia's view on the restrictions.
"I'm pro-vaccine. I got vaccinated. We have problems with this in in Romania, we have overcrowded hospitals, there is a whole drama there. I suggest everyone gets vaccinated. Australia is right with these restrictions,it's tough,but it's the only way," Halep said, as per Adam Addicott.
