Elena Rybakina still finds it tricky to change surfaces though she firmly believes that she can play very well on all of them and works towards that.
Rybakina has won major trophies mostly on hard courts but her lone grand slam came on grass. She is fairly decent on clay but she finds it very hard changing surfaces yet, especially if she's dealing with injuries. To combat that, she puts in a lot of hours in practice to get better prepared for the changes in surfaces.
She said:
"It's still not easy changes with the surfaces. I believe I can play well on all of them but the question is to be always healthy because if not, it's impossible. The little blocks of preparation are really important for me, so we try to do our best with the team"
There won't be any changes between Indian Wells and Miami though the surface plays a bit different.
