The draw for the second WTA tournament after the Tour suspension, Prague Open has been released as Simona Halep is the first-seeded player.
After Simona Halep pulled out of the Palermo Ladies Open, she moved to the Czech Republic. The Prague Open will be played from the 10th - 16th August 2020 on the clay in the capital of the Czech Republic. The draw features six Top 30 members with the Romanian leading the field.
Also the Czech fans will enjoy a lot of action as there are 5 Czech players in the draw. We'll also see 5 Russian and 4 Romanian players competing in Prague as these countries have the most of the names in the draw. The winner of the Prague Open will take $25,000 and 280 points to the WTA Rankings so there is a lot to fight for in the Czech Republic.
